Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

BSAR की services, registration forms, payment pages या website का उपयोग करने पर user इन terms को accept करता है।

2. User Responsibility

• User द्वारा दी गई सभी जानकारी सही और complete होनी चाहिए।
• गलत mobile, email, document, payment reference या registration detail के लिए user स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।
• Login credentials और account security user की जिम्मेदारी है।

3. Registration & Payment

Registration या service fees website पर उपलब्ध payment methods जैसे Bank Transfer, UPI या Razorpay के माध्यम से ली जा सकती है। Payment successful होने के बाद भी verification, approval या admin confirmation आवश्यक हो सकता है।

4. Service Availability

Website maintenance, server issue, payment gateway downtime, internet problem या technical error के कारण service temporarily unavailable हो सकती है।

5. Prohibited Use

• Fake registration या गलत information submit करना
• Unauthorized access या hacking attempt करना
• Abusive, illegal या misleading content upload करना
• Payment fraud या chargeback misuse करना

6. Modification of Terms

हम समय-समय पर terms update कर सकते हैं। Updated terms website पर publish होने के बाद लागू मानी जाएंगी।

Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rule

Registration/service fee generally non-refundable होती है, क्योंकि payment के बाद processing, verification या service allocation शुरू हो सकती है।

2. Refund Allowed Cases

• Duplicate payment हो गया हो
• Payment कट गया लेकिन registration/service create नहीं हुई
• Admin द्वारा service/event cancel कर दी गई हो
• गलत amount payment हुआ हो और admin ने refund approve किया हो

3. Refund Not Allowed Cases

• User ने गलत information submit की हो
• User ने registration/service लेने के बाद cancel किया हो
• Document या eligibility issue user side से हो
• Service processing/admin verification शुरू हो चुकी हो

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refund generally 7 से 10 working days में original payment method या admin-approved method से process किया जा सकता है। Bank/payment gateway delays के लिए संबंधित gateway/bank responsible होगा।

Refund request के लिए payment proof, registration ID, mobile number और reason के साथ email करें: support@bsar.in
